They specialize in mobile home parks, RV Resorts, self-storage facilities, and other properties with a dependable eight to twelve percent annual cash on cash return.

Value – Every investor’s portfolio benefits from ownership of stable properties that produce consistent cash flow. Based on extensive research, JK Investment Properties purchases stable income properties in well-established growth areas. Our properties return positive cash on cash returns from the first day of our ownership and they have a high occupancy and low turn over. We do not buy high-risk development projects. Our portfolio is well insulated from downturns in the real estate market.

We do not let problems linger; we produce timely useful financial data; we monitor our markets for changes in demand and fluctuations in rent. Ours is a dynamic hands-on approach to the details of property ownership including daily contact with the onsite staff.
