Ken Weiner and Jeff Quinn have a combined fifty years of real estate experience
and a broad range of successful real estate ventures. They specialize
in mobile home parks, RV Resorts, self-storage facilities, and other properties
with a dependable eight to twelve percent annual cash on cash return.
Value Every
investors portfolio benefits from ownership of stable properties
that produce consistent cash flow. Based on extensive research, JK Investment
Properties purchases stable income properties in well-established growth
areas. Our properties return positive cash on cash returns from the first
day of our ownership and they have a high occupancy and low turn over.
We do not buy high-risk development projects. Our portfolio is well insulated
from downturns in the real estate market.

hundreds of apartment units managed by Scott & Quinn Property Management, JK Investment Properties, Inc. has the knowledge and the systems in place

problems linger; we produce timely useful financial data; we monitor our
markets for changes in demand and fluctuations in rent. Ours is a dynamic
hands-on approach to the details of property ownership including daily
contact with the onsite staff.
