Companies Join Forces For Vegas Project

San Diego-based JK Investment Properties, Inc. and StorageOne Partners, LLC are embarking on a joint venture to develop a new self-storage facility in Las Vegas.
The facility is part of the newly developed Simmons Market Place, which is anchored by a Wal-Mart super center.

Ken Weiner and Jeff Quinn, principals of JK Investment Properties, formed Ann Road JK Investment, LLC to make the investment, and they will serve as managing members. StorageOne and its affiliates will construct the buildings and provide property management on what will be the 24th self-storage facility operating under its brand name in Las Vegas. Capitalization for the project stood at $2.2 million, and it will be constructed on a 3.24-acre site featuring 76,420 net rentable square feet and 36 covered RV spaces.

As seen in the September 2004 issue of Mini-Storage Messenger.
